Moved out of town should I sell my rental?

Hey, BP family I have a few properties in Milwaukee Wi that are cash flowing but with me recently moving out of town and the way the market is I'm thinking to sell at least one of them. The one I'm thinking has a new roof & in good condition but not in the best area of town and I don't want to hire management so I'm confused. What's your thoughts?

First. I always recommend hiring a good property manager. I live in Columbus OH, some of my rentals are within 5 minutes of my house, however, I have not seen them in years. With you moving out of state you should consider this, it can ensure your properties are taken care of and are profitable.

As to whether to sell or not, you need to go back to your "WHY" and ask yourself if this rental helps you reach your lifelong goals or not.
