Need assistance selling off-market to a tenant
I'm considering selling a single-family rental to the tenants that live there and would like to save money on realtor fees and pass the savings on to them. After doing some research on BiggerPockets and talking to people I found out that realtors typically still charge a lot for this service, as much as 5% commission. I am hoping to find someone that can represent both sides and do this for a flat fee, or an attorney that charges hourly. House is in Oakland.
Does anyone provide this service or have any referrals/advice?
