Hello everyone,


I’ve got two turnkey rentals in Cleveland, OH that I’m looking to wholesale off-market. Both currently rented for $850 each and worth approximately $130k each. Looking to connect with local/out of state investors who are interested in these types of deals in the area and are ready to pull the trigger if the numbers make sense.
