Should I go with a co op?
I am the definition of a newbie and am still a few months away from putting in offers but I have a question. I live in NYC and wanting to get into rental property investing and unless I branch out further I’m finding it very difficult to find homes in my range (around 200k) besides condos and co ops. Would either of these be a good investment for me in my area?
