Money to invest in Fort Wayne!
Hey Guys! I just moved into town with my family from Georgia last week. I'm a Fort Wayne native that's been gone for a decade and it's time for my little kids to know their grandparents :)
Anyway - coming to you guys because I'm looking for an investor that may be looking to sell a part of their portfolio off. My ideal world would be a package of 5-10 houses in the 05' (but not limited to that zip) I have approximately a million to invest in this market. Looking for win-win deals - preferring something well maintained (but if it needs work it's not a huge deal) I'm a simple cash buyer that doesn't complicate things.
