Hey y'all, currently searching for a tried and true title company in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro area. If anyone reading this has a referral they would like to plug it would be greatly appreciated!  

Also, any tips, tricks or wisdom you wish you had starting out regarding title would be appreciated as well! Thank y'all!
