QOTW: Is your market reporting an influx of foreclosures?

Welcome to our newest question of the week!

With forbearance being lifted in many areas of the country, there have possibly been market reports you've seen on an influx of preforeclosures in the pipeline. If you have heard this, what area are you in and what is the expected impact?

How are you preparing for this possible influx? How can investors use this as an advantage? Are you concerned about the values in your area should a large number of homes come to the foreclosure market?

We want to hear from you! Share your thought here.

Yes, a large number of preforeclosures are being reported
Yes, I have heard there are some in the pipeline
I'm not sure, my market is giving mixed reports
No, business as usual here
Where do I find that information?

@Paul. Which software/service are you using to find pre-foreclosure properties?
