does anyone read Chinese here?

I believe the people who did the rehab on this house were Chinese. The disclosure has a hand written page on the back that's in Chinese and the listing agent needs that page signed.

Not comfortable signing a page I can't read, person at my realtors office said it look like a lost of what they fixed and to what condition it was fixed. Does anyone here read Chinese? (believe it's Chinese...) I'll post it as soon as I get to a computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated
