@Account Closed I own 2 houses in Costa Rica that I purchased this year. I lived in Costa Rica as a missionary 20 years ago and I started going back there about 4 years ago with my kids and I decided that I wanted to own properties there. Now we have a beautiful property in the mountains and one on the beach. I own both properties with parters and we rent them both out as short-term rentals to help pay for the maintenance and the costs associated with the upkeep. We also make some cash flow off of them.
