Hey BP,

As the year comes to a close, who is currently or just finishing up deals in the DC/MD/VA metro area. What kind of deals are you doing? Wholesales? Rehabs? Buy & Holds? What are your numbers looking like? Are you changing your goals for 2014? Focusing on new areas/markets?

I hope everyone finishes 2013 strong and starts off 2014 with a bang!
