Hello BP! Are there any NEW cost efficient and effective means of finding motivated sellers in a sellers market?
Hello BP! Its been a profitable 6 months since I've jumped into the real estate business! I'm in Atlanta and inventory seems to be drying up. Sellers are becoming more confident and therefore the GOOD deals are scarce. Does anyone wish to share their strategy on how they are able to find motivated sellers in a sellers market? Are there any NEW cost efficient and effective means of finding motivated sellers? Thanks in advance for all of your answers!
