Hey @Mert Icgoren - you're asking the billion (or trillion) dollar question. Most comments to questions like this will usually advise to invest in the area the comment poster is in... because it's true! There are multiple markets across the US that are cashflow markets. I recommend first starting with your budget (or bank approval) and narrowing down what your goals are. It sounds like cashflow is a goal for you, but what about your exit strategy? Have you given thought to whether or not you'd want to self manage or hire a property manager (if it's the former, then you'd ideally want something closer to you), etc. Once you have a clearer idea of what you want, then you can narrow the markets down. P.S. There are a bunch of companies out there that will let you invest in their fund while they source and invest in cashflow deals. Recommending this if you're not sure where to invest and still want to cashflow. Good luck!
