When buying in the Cleveland markets.
Ok so when walking a property, occupied or vacant, (especially vacant). The 1st thing I have my guys do (you should as well). Turn on the water in the entire house, tub all faucets, and flush the toilets. Leave the water running while you are walking it . Head to the basement and check for leaks. If you see leaks this will help you in your negotiations. More to come :)
