Investing in Detroit or surrounding areas Michigan looking to invest 500k
Hi Everyone,
I am in investor from NY and looking for other opportunities outside my area. I noticed the price points on houses and respective rents and the numbers seem quite intriguing. I understand that some areas can be really awful and am wondering how to get started in this area. Looking to pickup several houses looking to invest approx 500K. Thank you to anyone who can provide input.
