Looking for help in Jonesboro, Atlanta

Hello,

I am a newbie out of state investor who bought a property in Jonesboro last year. The tenant did not perform and had to be evicted. In addition, my property manager also does not want to manage the property any longer. Can someone please recommend a good property manager in the area who is intimately familiar with that neighborhood and can help me rent and manage that property? Thanks.

I've heard someone else say that the other day, but I disagree with saying that North of I-20 is good and south of I-20 is bad. I think there are different ways of looking at it. North of I-20 are more expensive properties and thus they will draw a more stable clientele. But south of I-20 has better deals. While you as a person my prefer to live north of I-20, I think that profit potential is bigger south of I-20.

For example: Grant Park, Ormewood park, East Atlanta are south of Downtown.

I don't think Jonesboro is like Detroit. The Atlanta Airport is south of Atlanta and many people working there are living in the neighborhoods around there: East Point, College Park, Jonesboro, Hapeville. Granted it's a little rednecky, but I think there are different pockets and I would not put Jonesboro into the 'bad area' category
