Want to buy a gas station and would like hard money lending

Posted

Hello,

My friend and I would like to buy a gas station and some of the deals need cash only. I was wondering if anyone funds these deals

Thank you

Danu

@Danushka Abeyasekera I would be weary of a gas station selling for cash only unless was a fire sale. The environmental liability is high people want to do their due diligence, and why would  a seller not go for a commercial loan and take a bit more money.

Seems like a red flag on the deal to me.

If I was in your shoes and wanted to make it work would just connect with lenders and asking for referrals, also ask the seller if they have anyone who would do a ST loan to make the deal work.

Best of luck!
