Selling equity in a LLC that generates 40-45k a year..
My and my partner have 11 houses in an LLC. Then I have another house on my own that's part of the LLC but it's mine in a separate agreement for profit and selling sake.
I am making about 40-45k a year on paper from cashflow.
I am wondering how much I could sell for and who could help with that process?

If you have a partner it will be a lot less than you think. This is because the purchaser would not have full control. Take what it would cost them to get that cashflow in the area and it would be discounted from there.
