Pre Approval Letter First
What do you do when a pre approval letter is required by the realtor but you’re using hard money?
Your hard money lender should be able to give you some documentation (sometimes called proof of funds).
Get the hard money guy to write a preapproval letter for you. No reason that they can’t.
