Hey do you bid you know of any programs to help person who had good income but a credit score of 580 get approved for a loan .

Hi @Verna Barnes, FHA allows you to go down to 500 credit score with 10% down. With a 580, you are able to still utilize a 3.5% down payment. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Happy to share any knowledge with you!
