Hello! Im curious if anyone has used a DSCR loan, where can i get it, whats your thoughts about this, would you recommend this????

DSCR loans are a great way to start when you can not qualify for commercial lending. The lender qualifies the property, not you. The property has to cash flow in order for them to lend the money.
