Bank Financing... Is it back?

Hello fellow investors,

we sell a lot of turnkey houses and apartment buildings in Columbus Ohio. Up to this point our clientele mostly consisted of foreign/international cash buyers.

I was recently approached by a local bank that said they can finance domestic investors with 10-20% down. This got me thinking BIG!!! This could be a huge opportunity for us to expand our clientele.

Does anyone have feedback regarding bank financing or the overall lending forecast. I'm interested in what others are finding when it comes to investor bank financing for rental properties.

Thanks!
