I recently came across a land deal but, haven’t had experience comping land. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start or who I might reach out to?

You need to look on the MLS and see what's recently sold in your area. Land is tough to comp, you may want to go back a year for your comparables. Also look at tax value, and use software like prop stream to see what's sold off market.
