Subject-To Loan Servicing

Hello, I am looking to get a subject to deal but would like to see if you all have any recommendation on how to service the payments?

I have heard the title company can do it but what other options are there? 

I prefer to have a company do the ACH payments from myself and to the mortgage company vs doing it manually.
