Purchasing a duplex for owner occupying - can you break a lease on arbitrage unit?
Hi, newer investor here in update NY and could use some help. I'm looking to purchase and owner-occupy a duplex. One unit is being used as arbitrage on Airbnb and the lease is good though 8/24. Since it is not tenant occupied and just has transient short term guests, am I able to break the lease and move into the space? Curious how that works if anyone has experience or guidance there!
