Good afternoon BP I am trying to buy my first home. I’m trying to buy it below market value and then fix it up in order to live in it for a few years and then sell it for a profit does anybody know any wholesalers or what would be a good avenue to find this home in the forsyth county or Davidson county area of North Carolina I am trying to either use a renovation loan to buy a house or buy land and build any thoughts would be great. Thank you.

Hey Rob! I own an investor-friendly real estate brokerage based out of the Triad, NC region we specialize in helping people find properties for great deals. I am an investor myself and have done this exact method before so I would love to chat with you more about it.
