What is a creative way to sell a residential land

Hello,

i bought a property from another tax lien investor in Bessemer Alabama. I tried to flip it on Facebook and through an agent and I listed for really low rate but still had no luck. Anyone has any suggestions on creative way to sell the property? I'm not looking for a big profit. It's because I don't live in that state and made it harder to maintain. 

i appreciate any comments. Thank you so much
