WHOLLY WHOLESALE!- HELP ME PLEASE!

Hello all,

I want to get started in the wholesale biz but I am unsure of where to start. I have looked at several sites and videos and found plenty of useful information. However, I don't know if I am supposed to start an LLC or Corporation before I get started or get an attorney or find a title company or just start putting out bandit signs and let everything else fall into place. Is there anyone that can give me some direction? Any help will be appreciated.

Rain

You don't need a "company" (LLC, etc) yet.

What you need to get started is:
1) A process
2) A team

Know exactly how your process will work:
a) Meeting cash buyers & understanding their needs
b) Finding motivated sellers
c) Evaluating properties
d) Calculating offers
e) Testing the water with your buyer(s) if necessary
f) Negotiation
g) Closing via a contract/agreement
h) Assignment to a cash buyer via another contract/agreement
i) Receiving payment at closing

For your team, you'll need to know:
a) Cash buyers, of course
b) Real estate agent(s) or broker(s) - provide comps, MLS opportunities, etc.
c) Title company (preferred to have one you use for your deals)
d) Attorney (required in some states)

Best of luck!
