1 oceanfront or two in town
Looking into investing 180,000 in Myrtle Beach. My 1st idea is an oceanfront condo short term rental. Or is buying two set ups not far from the ocean front a better option for cash flow? I'm investing from a distance. Any advice on property management also? Thank you.
