Durham vs North Raleigh

Posted

I am considering buying an investment property in the triangle area. Which area would make better sense at this time? Is it Durham or Raleigh?  TIA

I wouldn't get too hung up on where to focus. I would just buy whatever comes up first that makes sense. What are you hoping to achieve? Do you want cash flow or are you investing for appreciation? What class of neighborhood are you ok with?
