Highest and Best ! From me !

Ive got multiple offers on a flip i just put on the market.

I finally get the joy of saying Highest and Best !! Rather than having the seller tell me that. Both offers need some work but I have without a doubt the best $100k house on the market right now.

I will probably do a complete summary of the deal here when its over.

Now you've got some poor homeowner thats going to despise you if they don't get their dream house? Thumbs down to you for going there.

There has to be a better way to let somebody know there are multiple bids besides Best and Highest..... Anything but being the one that gives them that would have been fine.

And, yes, I am kidding here. But there is some truth to the hatred of that saying for me too. :-)
