Hey Real Estate Enthusiasts!

I'm on the lookout for contact information for commercial real estate owners in my local area (Twin Cities and surrounding metros, Minnesota). For residential investments, I've had success using a Mojo dialer and paying for residential info, but now I'm diving into the world of commercial properties.

Any seasoned investors out there who can share their go-to sources for finding contact details of commercial real estate owners?
