I recently came across a property that I am considering purchasing as a primary home (possible future rental property), and I would greatly appreciate your advice and insights on whether it is a good investment.

The property is located on Fleetside Ct, Alexandria VA with access to two metros, Old Town and DC. It is a 2000sqft property with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. It was built in 1985 though. The current asking price is 620K and it is 10min away from Kingstown Alexandria which has many amenities like shopping, eating, etc.

Given your expertise in the real estate market, I value your opinion on whether this property is a good deal and if it aligns with current market trends. Any insights or advice you can provide would be incredibly helpful as I navigate this potential investment.
