Offsetting passive income with Real estate investment
I am looking for some ideas as I have around 60k of passive income generated from Investment in Tresuries in addition to my w2 income. Can i purchase land and offset the mortgage payment against it as passive loss and wait for real estate prices to go up and hold the property.
