Private Lenders and Wholesellers in PR

Can somebody advice where / if I can find real estate wholesellers and private money / Hard money lenders in Puerto Rico? I am interested in doing BURRRS strategy, but havent found those types of professionals / practices in the island.so far.

 We have several people we know who will lend but you will need to have 30-40% down- and if you do not have expereince or other assets to collateralize it will be more difficult to get financed
