Hi all

I have 1 investment property that I bought for 800k about 4 years ago with cash and now it's worth 1.2million. It rents for 6k a month but NOI is around 50k a year. Should I sell it and possibly buy 2 properties? Should I keep it and borrow against it? My primary is paid off also so I have no mortgage on either one.
