Open Land Zoning
I receive a land zoned as open land recently. It is in an urban area in California. I don't expect we can do much with it....but typically....what are the options to monetize it? Can I place a mobile home on it even though it is not residential? community garden? art center for open air concerts or open air painting workshops? Other ideas?
