Hi everyone!

I am a newbie investor. I was looking to rent out my current home and purchase a new property out of state. I need financing for my new home, and one of the conditions is I need to find a tenant that will cover my current home liabilities. I got into an agreement with Doorstead due to their "Guaranteed Rent" scheme. They have not been able to find a tenant and just received an email they will no longer be able to give mt guaranteed rent. My home is vacant and closing is in two weeks. What should I do? Should I disclose to my lender?

Any advice is much appreciated!
