'In trying to get clear title on a property, I need to find a former spouse, and hopefully with a little $ persuation, have him sign the needed documents. I'm having trouble finding him. I've tried "peoplesearch, peoplefinders, peoplesmart, 411, instant checkmate, etc.. to no avail thus far. Any suggestions, anyone? So appreciate it! Thanks!

I see this is you first post, Marie. Welcome to BP!

You've listed a number of freebie sites. Good start. Here are some other ideas:

Subscribe to PI magazine. Read ads for skip tracers and licensed private investigators.

Ancestry.com - use to find family, other relatives, then contact.

Accurint.com - from Lexis Nexis. Higher end online skip tracing subscription.

Decide what you're will to offer this guy in advance and consider using a mobile notary signing service so that your guy doesn't screw up your document signing.
