Acquiring a property from relatives.

So my sister has a house with very little left to payoff, like around $60k, and I would like to know of some ways to acquire this property from here if I pay down the note with my own money. She's older in age and just doesn't want to deal with the property anymore. I have the money to completely payoff the property.
