Juan, good question. The answer will usually depend on a few pieces of information:

1. Do they have a visa?

2. Do they have a credit score?

3. Are they on a business entity with someone who does have 1 and 2?

Depending on these answers, you can find ITIN loan programs for hard money, but DSCR programs that fit true ITIN borrowers are few and far between in my experience! Feel free to give me a shout if I can help.
