 honestly one does not exist. Experience is your best tool. Think about everyone you know who went to college, how many follow their structured education program today? They take many life lessons, experiences and problem solving skills to find their niche.  Anyone who does real estate and teaches it I would argue is not great at teaching it, as there is a ton of money in one or the other, not both.
