First time buying a new build
When negotiating price on a new build it better to ask for what we want or ask for what I want with reasons why to get the negotiation going?
To give you some background, it’s a new community, they have several specs sitting that have had price drops anywhere from 1.2% to 6.6%. We are looking at one that they were already planning as a spec but were early enough we can customize it.
