The Power of Radical Personalization in Real Estate

Ella Compton
Posted

Mauricio Umansky argues within the article that the future of real estate, especially in the luxury market, lies in radical personalization. He contrasts the growing use of automation and systemization in real estate with the need to create deeply emotional and memorable client experiences.

The key is to listen deeply, anticipate needs, and create joy in ways that feel authentic and meaningful. Ultimately, Umansky emphasizes that clients may forget the logistics of a deal, but they will always remember how you made them feel. Which, in my opinion, is a really great point.

What are some creative ways agents can uncover and respond to a client's deeper motivations and lifestyle needs beyond the typical home search criteria?
