Can I get first time home buying deals again?

Hey! So, I bought a home 3 years ago. I'm thinking of selling my home and buying 3 units in a condominium with my bf. He's never bought a home before. Will we be able to qualify as first time home buyers since he's never bought before? Or will we not since I've bought before?
