Short sale property

Hello,

I have a property owner that is looking for a short sale. I am a wholesaler and new to the real estate industry. With my little knowledge of the process, I don't believe I can put the property under contract. That being said, I still want to help him find investors who can help him with this unfortunate situation. Let me know if you or someone else works with short sales.
