Partnership build and sell
Trying to decide as a partnership if we donate land into a partnwrship and profit share 33% on a multifamily OR ask for a set amount per unit in addition to land valuation OR ask for a percentage of actual sales prices!
Have tried selling but cant get per door price we want and all the big box buyers .want payment plans anyway now.

Its a 32 townhome project but in talks with a builder now to partner. I will contact you if this falls through!
