Hi BP peeps!

I am a pre rookie. Looking to take action in acquiring my first investment property. I am working with rent to retirement and the property I am interested in works solely with North American financial (to reap benefits of incentives) and Mynd property management (first year). Could anyone please shed some light on these companies. Super excited yet super nervous and want to make most informed decisions. Thank you BP community for any and all help!
