Selling in Buffalo

Hi,

This is my first time in the BP forum. I own 2 doubles in South Buffalo, NY, and am looking to expand this year to at least 5 doubles. I'm planning on selling one of my doubles this Spring to finance the down payments for my next properties. My question is about timing. What is the best month to sell in Buffalo this year?

As an agent, I can tell you the market in South Buffalo is heating up right now. Properties are coming on the market with more regularity, and by EOM May we should be in full swing.
