Manufactured home in incredible neighborhood financing options
I'm looking at a manufactured home in an incredible neighborhood on an acre lot, block foundation, metal roof over house and carport. Rent would be amazing. Very nice homes all around it. Great area! I have a relative who will purchase for a year and then I would need to finance in my name. How hard would it be to get financing for this type of situation. Would the interest rate and terms be outrageous?
