If a seller offers cashback or a percentage of the purchase price would you enter the selling price minus the incentive or cashback into the 

purchase price for the BP calculator? In order to get the best projections or numbers to analyze the deal. Assuming you choose the option of taking the entire amount upon closing as opposed to utilizing it to lower finance rates, etc.
